Deed In Lieu (DIL) Lease

This enables mortgage holders to approach at risk homeowners proactively with the option to convert their lien into a lease and to stay in their home as a tenant. This allows the lender to avoid costly foreclosure expenses and allows the homeowner to avoid damages to his financial and personal well being. TenantAccess provides everything necessary to support the lender's own DIL program, including the initial financial analysis of the DIL Lease potential, lease management, property management and maintenance, through to the eventual sale.

Lease and Hold (L&H) Program

This provides a simplified means for investors and lenders to generate cash flow from their portfolios of distressed properties. TenantAccess recognizes that the federal housing bailout program will incent many non-traditional investors to buy large quantities of foreclosed properties. The L&H Program is designed to help these investors as well as traditional mortgagors to generate rental income through the management of the entire process, including tenant qualification, lease management, property management and maintenance, and ultimately concluding with the sale of the house.
