Paul Hayman
President
Mr. Hayman is a founding partner of TenantAccess. Paul is a recognized leader and innovator in the field of REO tenant occupied properties and national property management services. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this dynamic housing environment. His leading role with TenantAccess and 25 years of leadership experience in the residential property improvement sector have resulted in Paul's unique and expert perspective on the industry. Throughout his career Paul has been CEO or President of numerous FirstService companies. After serving as Executive Vice President of TFC since 1999, in June 2010 Paul was appointed President of Contractor Networks for TFC. In addition to his role at TFC, Paul has served in a leadership capacity with a large variety of property service companies including CEO of Pillar to Post, CEO of College Pro Painters, President of Certa ProPainters, Canada and President of TLS.
Denia Graham
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Graham has over 29 years of experience in commercial, residential real estate and property management including REO asset management, rehabilitation, remodeling and closings. Ms. Graham is tasked with driving operational strategy for TenantAccess' comprehensive services offerings.
Ms. Graham has held a number of prominent positions in the REO industry beginning her career selling real estate and managing the REO portfolio for a large Southern CA S&L. Prior to joining TenantAccess she was Senior Vice President of Client Operations for Field Asset Services (FAS), primarily responsible for the management of large client relationships and oversight of more than 25,000 REO assets. Before FAS, Ms. Graham spent more than 20 years as a Management & Marketing Contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Ms. Graham also served as managing partner at Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC, a distressed asset management company that worked as a prime contractor for the U.S. Department of HUD as well as GSA, doing property management for the Internal Revenue Service.
Rick Winter
Controller
Rick has over 35 years of experience and a successful background leading the finance operations of small, private companies as well as larger, multi-national public organizations including nine years in real estate and land development. Previous to TenantAccess, Rick held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for several real estate organizations including Brazco Development, a subdivision land developer and Main Street Homes, a regional high volume home builder. In addition, Rick has a Texas Real Estate Broker License and was a Realtor with Turnquist Partners, an Austin brokerage specializing in luxury, lake and resort homes. Rick has also held executive operational and financial positions with several manufacturing corporations including CFO of Lancer Corp., VP and General Manager with SMTC Manufacturing Corp., and President of XeTel Corporation.
Charlene Jackson
Executive Vice President of Strategic Development
Has extensive financial and operations experience having held senior positions in the financial services, energy, facilities management and real estate services industries. Prior to founding a consulting firm, Charlene was a Managing Director with Enron Corporation, a global energy company headquartered in Houston, Texas. She joined Enron in October 1999 after spending nine years with Salomon Brothers where she reported directly to the Chairman/CEO. Before joining the Chairman's staff she was a Vice President in Investment Banking covering the utility industry where she developed and maintained relationships with C-Level executives. She joined Salomon as an Associate in 1990 and was promoted to Managing Director in 1997. Ms. Jackson received a concurrent BA from Claremont McKenna College and a MBA from the Peter Drucker Management Center at the Claremont Graduate University. She received her JD from the Harvard Law School.
Jim Warren
Senior Vice President, Investor Division
Jim Warren is responsible for delivering property management services to the growing numbers of large and medium sized investors who are entering the dynamic foreclosure market. Jim comes to TenantAccess after a successful career in residential and commercial real estate. As founder and CEO of Imagenius, an innovative provider of services to the real estate market, Jim drove company performance to rank #15 on Profit Magazine's list of Top Fastest Growing Companies in 2000. Imagenius provided services to major businesses globally, including Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building, Trump, RitzCarlton, and some of North America's largest builders. Additionally, Jim is a pioneer in rich media and interactive services for the real estate, manufacturing and architectural industries as recognized by his three Telly Awards.
As the leader of the Investor division, Jim is focused on providing innovative solutions to those investors buying both single family and multi-family units in multiple markets. He will bring to bear the resources of both TenantAccess, the leader in national property management for the REO market, and Field Asset Services, the premier property preservation and repair firm in the US.
In addition to having built and renovated homes himself, Jim is widely recognized as a public speaker and graduated from Humber College and from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jim lives in Austin with his wife and two children.
